Our fearless leader

Jennifer Bonilla Arce, President and Founder of Eleven20 Group, established the company to share her passion for event planning, strength in logistics and operations management, and penchant for organization. She assists clients in developing event concepts, providing logistics support, and managing the execution of all event design elements.

Jennifer brings a strong understanding of corporate branding, event production, and proficiency in creating and managing event budgets. Her experience in coordinating with executive leadership, advocacy and outreach, and managing relationships with corporate partners and vendors allow her to fortify new and existing key relationships.

Starting as a volunteer for a local event designer, Jennifer went on to implement her event planning skills in a corporate setting with the Anheuser-Busch Companies. During her nearly eight-year tenure at Anheuser-Busch’s Washington, D.C. Government Affairs office, she played a pivotal role in executing multiple notable, high-profile events. Among these were the 2012 Republican National Convention hospitality site and the 2012 Presidential Debates media hospitality sites across the nation.

Expanding her experience beyond corporate events, Jennifer also managed and designed events for DaVinci’s Florist, a premier floral and events design firm specializing in weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and corporate events.

A unique opportunity further enhanced Jennifer’s event background by taking on a role as Events and Marketing Representative within the U.S. Army Marketing and Research Group based in Arlington, VA. Focusing on multicultural events for the U.S. military, she coordinated with the U.S. Army's Recruiting, Cadet, and Reserve Commands as part of national level initiatives. Jennifer developed a sound understanding of not only the military culture, but also the dynamics and inner workings of managing government/military events.

Most recently, Jennifer was part of the Gray Global Advisors team where she applied her knowledge internationally. The destination - South Africa - presented the challenge of working with teams across the globe to create a two-day international film/tv conference attended by members of Parliament, government leaders, industry experts, and local celebrities/influencers. Here in the D.C. area, Jennifer also assisted in facilitating various fundraisers for members of Congress.

A rare Washington, D.C. native, Mrs. Arce attended The George Washington University as an undergraduate and earned her Master’s degree at The Johns Hopkins University. When she manages to get away, she indulges in globetrotting adventures to cultivate new experiences and memories.
